This warranty specifically covers the following conditions:

• Structural or Manufacturing Defects: Includes any defects in materials or workmanship, particularly regarding the durability of the leather. This encompasses physical flaws that cause the leather to crack, split, or fail under conditions of normal use and proper care.

• Deterioration Leading to Significant Damage: If noticeable damage such as tears or structural weakening of the leather occurs under normal use, this indicates a loss of material integrity and is covered by our warranty, provided the product has been properly cared for.

This Warranty does not cover:

• Individual preferences regarding the texture, color, or appearance of the leather.
• Physical abuse and improper use such as bending, folding, standing on, or scratching the product, resulting in damage to its structure or surface material, including but not limited to cuts, stains, or tears.
• Deformity or damage caused by improper cleaning, drying, or exposure to excessive heat or moisture.
• Abnormal or non-domestic use of the product.
• Natural leather characteristics such as slight variations in texture, grain, or scent.
• Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws.
• Usage outside the intended geographic market.
• Accessories, zippers, or stitching beyond normal wear and tear.
• Products unboxed or unwrapped after 1 month from the delivery date.
